WHAT’S THE KEY BENEFIT OF TRIATHLON TRAINING CAMPS?
When you’re training for a triathlon at a Mallorca Training Camp Triathlon, you don’t have the same promise as at home so it feels fewer busy. At home, you have people to perceive and routines to uphold, whereas at a camp, you’re trembling up your routines a bit and you have the lot at your access. You can walk 2 minutes to the gym and 30 meters to the pool and omit all the commuting and spend that time training.
Training at a camp simplifies all: all you have to think about is training for a triathlon. HOW DO YOU TAPER BEFORE A RACE?
When training for a triathlon, I begin to taper precisely 7 days down from the race. During the taper, I do things a lot less with less number, but keep things fired up. Training camp at Mallorca:

The camp will happen close to the sea, from there we will be riding the most iconic climbs and rides on the isle. We will separate you into groups of a similar point, so we will encompass the paramount doable rides. We will be riding each day between 2 and 6 hours, so it’s optional that you keep in shape during the winter as some of the rides are extended and demanding. Differing Levels of Daily Rides:

The Schedule:
The camp timetable will be different from every day and will be flexible but generally, the day will found with a swim session of around an hour. Between training sessions, your time will be your possession to rest, pull through, and discover!
